Nature Therapy

Nature therapy, also often called nature play, involves engaging in exploratory activities in natural environments. This type of therapy has been shown to have numerous benefits for the physical, emotional, and cognitive development of children. It can include activities such as climbing, running, jumping, and balancing to improve motor skills, while utilizing the sounds of nature to increase sensory development.
