Horse leaders are responsible for keeping the horse calm and under control during hippotherapy sessions.
Sidewalker
The sidewalker is responsible for the well-being of the rider during sessions. This may include physical support of the rider.

Animator/Graphic Designer
Position Overview: Red Barn Nature's Way Foundation is seeking a creative and enthusiastic Animator/Graphic Designer Intern to join our team. This internship offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience while contributing to meaningful projects that support our mission. Responsibilities: - Create engaging animations and graphics for our website, social media, and promotional materials. - Design merchandise graphics, including t-shirts, stickers, and other items related to hippotherapy and nature play. - Collaborate with the Director of Development to create visual content for campaigns. - Assist in the production of educational and training materials. - Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute fresh ideas. Qualifications: - Currently pursuing or recently completed a degree in Animation, Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field. - Proficiency in design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects). - Strong creative skills and an eye for detail. - Ability to work independently and as part of a team. - Excellent communication skills and a positive attitude. - Passion for our mission and a willingness to learn. Videographer
