Cowgirl Up: A Wellness Camp for Young Women
Cowgirl Up is a 4-week wellness camp designed for girls aged 12-17.
No prior horse experience needed – just a willingness to learn, grow, and “Cowgirl Up”!
Dates/Times: Monday afternoons 4:00-6:00 pm beginning 1/6/24
Location: SonnyDaze Ranch - 11110 Allen Rd. East Concord, NY

Self-Awareness – Learn to connect with yourself and your equine partner

Personal Boundaries – Develop skills to communicate and protect your personal space, both in life and with your horse. It’s about embodying the spirit of a cowgirl: bold, strong, and compassionate while being true to oneself.
